potato plants and frost

the tops of my potatoes have been nipped by frost, will they recover? they had been hilled so only the smallest tips have been nipped, would hate to have to take them up and start again.

organic liquid manure

i have a recipe for organic liquid manure made from nettles, but it don't say how much to dilute it, just that it must not be used neat as it would kill, wonder if anyone knows the ratio.
