Overweight depressed husband

My hubby is a wonderful man - kind, funny, loving and a perfect partner and best friend. Unfortunately he is extremely overweight (over 22 stone), he hates his job and he is becoming very depressed....

I have now obtained a tens machine.does anybody know where is the best places to put the pads for best results.i know its most probably a case that its different on each person but would be interested...
