central locking audi a3 1998

my central locking has stopped working.It now only locks one door and the lights are not coming on when i open the doors.Thing is i only had it replaced 2 years ago and i cant afford to replace it...

Just moved into a new flat and the landlord has told me i am with southern electric,southern electric say they dont supply my electric.How do i find out who does.
