Just moved into a new flat and the landlord has told me i am with southern electric,southern electric say they dont supply my electric.How do i find out who does.

I would ask one of the other tenants who THEIR supplier is - it will almost certainly be the same as yours if the flat is in the same block. Failing that, ask your landlord again and tell him what Southern said. You will find out for sure, though, when you get your first bill.
