I cannot be the only one who is tired of the endless playground spats and nitpicking over every word of a post in search of something to be offended by.

It is getting increasingly tedious finding threads totally derailed from the get go.

As it is not possible to 'knock their heads together' how can this childish behaviour be stopped before AB becomes a total spat fest?

Replies along the lines of don't read them then, is a facile response as you cannot always be sure of the content until you've read it.

Sometimes the same old same old posters have something new to add.

The 'love ins' are just as tedious and predictable......and nauseating.
"off on"
I too agree with Retrochic.....there's been far too much friendship, fun and frivolity at times....we should look to her for an example of how to behave....x

Pedant, it is frequently easy to 'anticipate' an ABers response but you still have to read it to have your expectations of nit-picking confirmed rather than finding something that actually adds to the thread.

Its all about choice innit? I'm not trying to *** on anyone's parade just telling the OP they don't have to put themselves through the agony of the 'News' section its all about choice! Don't go live in the country then complain about the smell of sheet! lol!
