I don't agree Caribeing...I was just thinking that he uses it rarely, so the impact is more striking when he does!
A very funny man, imo ;)

The audience didnt really laugh much tonight, as the one I saw on TV about 18 months ago, but forget where it was.
I like room 101 with him as a presenter... and that show two blokes on a sofa... but haven't seen that one.

However no need to swear... unlesss your playing football.
Agree that there's no need to use bad language. Have seen Patrick Kielty live and he's just as bad.
Back in the late 1960s or early 70s my parents went to see The Comedians (remember them?) live at Blackpool.
They walked out in disgust at the blue humour and bad language - they were expecting them to be as they were on the tv.
Remember Bernard Manning then?
But it's not bad language to the modern generation - f---ing is one of the most frequently used words in their (very limited) vocabulary.
hc4361, A bit bfore my time but lol... bless'em.
## Remember Bernard Manning then? ##

I went to his night club in Manchester in my youth, he was filthy and so were the other acts, but it was OK in them days.

His mother used to take the money at the door.
@trt....I remember The Embassy Club too! Only went once.
