I havent had them in years..since I was 16 and Im 24. This past week I've had one every-single day. It's been torture. I feel like someone all of a sudden just stole my positive happy self. I never knew it could hit someone so fast like this.

Dancealot13 - I have been off work for months with Anxiety attacks. I am 21. I had never had them before now but they are horrible.
