Sunday. It's pleasent out this morning. I was watching tiggy at 2, then couldn't get back to sleep. So I've got some bits and pieces done and out of the way.

A good result in the rugby yesterday! :o}

Indeed - a moment of relative tranquility, no fires burning this morning....nice and sunny out, a little nippy though.

I find this zero, or rather minimal, carbs diet pretty effective.
