/// Last year Theresa May, the Home Secretary, introduced new measures which scaled back the use of stop and search generally because of fears it was undermining relations between the police and ethnic minorities. ///

Recently you appeared to support the bombing of Cinemas with IS supporters children inside because they were being raised as terrorists.

Looks like the UK has a much gentler approach to children being criminalised within it's borders, thank goodness!

///“In many cases, the young person has in fact been exploited by an adult and persuaded to carry or conceal items on their behalf, for example, some offenders hide items in pushchairs or in children’s clothing in an attempt to avoid detection.
“In such cases the child would be considered to be vulnerable and in need of protection rather than dealt with under the criminal code.” ///
Well if young children are exploited to aid/abet a crime i.e drug mule for their dealer, gun/knife for their gang leader then stop and search would be appropriate in these cases.
I believe toddlers is an exaggeration though but who knows during the troubles in N.I. many a baby's pram transported an assassin's rifle to and from the crime scene whilst the baby was still in situ.
Young children,it would seem are not solely exploited in Rochdale,Rotherham and Oxford solely to be sexually abused.
I would imagine some 8yr olds would consider themselves real cool dudes by being an arms carrier or drug mule for their gang masters.
these are under-fives, retrocop. I doubt they think they're cool dudes.

Looking at the pictures of our wannabee gangstas in their hoodies they look older than five and are certainly capable of carrying drugs, guns and knives etc for their gang masters as do the kids on bicycles.
Smuggling drugs into a prison hidden inside a baby's nappy is a well known trick. The smell of a urine soaked nappy will fool any drug sniffer dog.

I mentioned 8 year olds in my first post. If 3 to 5yr olds are wandering the streets unaccompanied then the police have every reason to question them.
What the thread does not explain is that these "toddlers" would probably be searched in the presence of their parents/minders because those adults were known to deal drugs for instance and believed they could get away without their toddlers being searched.
Two hundred and eighty-eight were searched over the past five years, roughly one wee one a week. As that is for the whole country, I doubt it's the end of the world.

Yes this link relates to young criminals in France. It is easy to provide many more links regarding children being skilled in crime.Remember these Roma gangs are here in the UK now.France was deporting them at a large rate so they have found their new found freedom of movement within the EU a convenient journey to cross the manche here.
Pickpockets ATM opportunists, muggers you name it they are here now.
They are given massive targets of £50,000 per week by their masters so make no mistake childhood crime is rife in the UK.

Can anyone question the use of stop and search in these cases. There are a lot of wallets to be found in those young pockets all over Europe?
// Looking at the pictures of our wannabee gangstas in their hoodies //

it is a photo - retro - you know Art not LIfe
I dont think they were wannabee gangstas but more wannabe child models

( otherwise in the modern fashion their faces would be pixellated )
One is hesitant to comment for fear of being branded racist, fascist and, worst of all, a UKipper. However my experience of Romany children in Paris, especially on the Métro, tells a different story. They make Fagin's boys look like rank amateurs.

Don't let any of that put you off from commenting.

Those words have been so overused on here that they have now lost their impact, lucky my link was taken from the Telegraph, so the sheer shame of being a Daily Mail reader can not be wheeled out in this case, now the only accusation can only be, that it is a right-wing press report.
