i recently bought an ipod and when i installed the software and this went fine. but when i open up itunes an error report appears, then it closes the program down. i've uninstalled and reinstalled it but it hasnt made a difference. any ideas anyone....

What does the actual error report say, it might be something that could be searched in Google - it might be a conflict for example with another programme ? Sorry its not an answer, but any further details would be useful.

it says something about problems occured need to close down program. then gives options of sent error report, dont send or debug. whichever one i chose it still shuts down the program everytime...
