You must get rid of most of the grease first. Then spray with stain block before repainting.
Clean it with sugar soap.
Stain Block is the stuff to use!
As BS has said. Get rid of the greasy stain first by washing down with sugar soap then allow area to dry. Apply a stain block then repaint area. Might need a few coats. If the crack marks are deep, you may have to sand down area before applying any products.

If you don't want to go to the expense of buying a stain block and you have some oil based undercoat and gloss use that instead. Clean grease off as others have said, then mix the undercoat and gloss together 50/50 and paint over the stain and a couple of inches extra. Allow this to dry then give it a couple of coats of emulsion to finish. As the first coat is going on to an oil based paint this will take quite a while to dry but following coats should dry as normal.
