Much as been suggested regarding obese people and smoker's restricted treatment on the NHS, all under the name of "lifestyle rationing", if these two lifestyles are under scrutiny, why should NHS money be spent on gay men's lifestyle?

PP may be right about putting it in the tap water... that's what we do with fluoride, after all.
Heterosexual folk can be exposed too, let's not forget that little point.......and , Jeez, there's enough STDs out there.

Even I can see that surely smoking (which I do) is a lifestyle choice. Being gay is not a lifestyle choice.
Choosing whether to have penetrative sex is tho.
I'm not sure how to answer that. Yes I suppose the method is a choice but it's pretty harsh to deny a group of a very basic human pleasure.
