Value of Fiesta?

Someone tried to break into my car the other day and did enough damage for it to be written off. It is a Ford Fiesta Azura 1.1 1995 and has done 48,000 miles. Does anyone know what the market value would be or where I can find out?

You can try parkers online, but I think they charge - Or go to smiths and have a quick look at the parkers guide

M 1995 is �825 at top book for a 3 door at 90000 miles

M 1995 is �845 at top book for a 5 door at 90000 miles

An N reg is �75 more - there is no mileage adjustment, so these values wouldn't get adjusted.

This is from March Older Vehicles Glass's Guide - this will be what your insurance company will use - they won't accept Parkers as it's tat. Plus, the ombudsman requires us (insurance companies) to use Glass's guide as it's deemed the most representative in the market with 90% of franchised and non-franchised dealers using it

Can't you keep the car?

My N Reg fiesta was written off in December - I got �960ish payout for it and kept the car. I was going to repair it and sell it on, but the sills and suspension mountings were rotten so I weighed it in and got �40 for it.
