Fresh water everyday yes, no need to put food out daily but check frequently to see that there is enough for them. I think some birds poo in the bird bath so it needs to be changed daily.
Fresh food every day, but only change the water every two to three days.
With 5 cats living in my house, attracting birds to my garden probably isn't a good idea!
Yes we have fat ball and seed feeders all year round.Water gets changed every couple of days - getting ready to remove the ice on top in the coming months. So much pleasure in return (apart from the pesky squirrels and magpies which keep on finding new ways to access the food).
Best item is the window feeder, took them a couple of months to get used to it but now get visitors everyday.
We have two bird bowls for water thats changed every couple of day.
Plus a small minature pond they all seem to wash and play in!
Bird table 3 ft from our conservatory door (18 inch high) with wild bird seed, fresh porridge oats, and a wet slice of bread. (wholemeal)
Wonderful seeing birds, gorging till its all gone.
Feeding the birds and watching them is the highlight of my day.
yes i do every day..have front garden feeders and back garden feeders and several bird baths which I have to replenish every day...
I feed them every day but not water. I have a very large dog bowl that collects rainwater they can use.

We feed the birds every day,we don't put out water but the pools on the pond cascade have constantly changing water and usually have a bird or two in them, despite the number of cats we have knocking about.

I feed them when I can afford it. The water dish keeps getting blown away.
