Irregular Heartbeat

My husband has been diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat and is waiting for electric pad treatment.
Is stress likely to make the problem worse, should I try to keep stressful problems from him?

I agree with murraymints........as just a guess from your very short description, it sounds as though he has supra ventricular tachycardia....just a guess.
He would do well to avoid stress and of course.....smoking.

Thanks. He doesn't smoke, but as most people we have worries and I wondered if I should be trying to shield him from them.
