Beavers reduced a officers Dinner Night in Gutersloh to absolute mayhem a number of years ago. My wife was a scout leader and she had asked the regiment Adjutant for the loan of hanger space for some activities.....at dinner said young Adj asked Mrs Slapshot rather loudly if she had managed to get her Beavers sorted out....chaos and mayhem ensued, the Colonels wife demanded to sit with us riff raff next time because we were obviously having more fun than they were....
