Thnxs peter my friend solicitor did send them a draft consent order but no reply other than seeking counsels advise could this be a tactic to delay the trial is this common practice for solicitors to agree and offer than not to sign consent order ?
They dont sound as tho they have agreed - to be honest

( if you are seeking counsel's advice then one is paying for advice and you dont do that if you have given up )

BUT - as you say, both sides are lawyered up, so it is up to the law people and their advice.
