Why do I always dream that I have just given birth in the day or so before my period comes?

Female hormone activity is at its height when you ovulate, which is just before your period.This causes physical changes, and stimulates the mind, so that when you are sleeping, that combination will often lead to birth-related dreams.

Don't panic, it's perfectly normal!
