My partner put a small amount of money towards the purchase of our house, I have had months of mental abuse and want to get him off the mortgage. He refuses to sign any documents to sale the house so how can I get him off the mortgage and the deeds without selling?

If he will not agree to anything, including being bought out, then you cannot. However, there is a way of forcing a sale.
