Used to use Limewire years ago for downloading a few music tracks....not many.

Is there any sites that can be used these days and are any good....without having to fend off loads of viruses etc

many thanks

While on holiday in Canada last week one of the hotel waiters - genuinely good bloke - recommended this:

Straightforward MP3 downloads, no nonsense and no nasties. It's not file sharing; just millions of songs.

Ok, thanks for the links. Im on spotify and ive downloaded a few tracks but how do i burn them onto CD.

Ive tried copying them to windows media player but won't do. Ive tried highlighting the tracks, right clicking then "send to CD copier" and although that seems to register the tracks, nothing plays

HELPPPPPPPPP !!!!!!
Win Media Player has, over the years, become pretty much unusable for burning CDs. It won't even let me transfer my own songs to CD - says they're copyrighted!
Not sure if Magix MP3 Maker is free but it's the one I use.
Do people really still burn music to CDs? How quaint.
Seriously tho Hammer, you need to buy an MP3 player. Much easier.

Thanks for that zac but i want to burn a CD for someone special....and it means a lot to me.
Download them in mp3, then convert them to WMA with this:

Then just burn your own CD's via Windows Media Player or Real Player.
