Legally, you will have difficulties doing this as few people give away their music for free. For music from the internet, you are best using "Peer to peer" software. This allows you to connect directly to other people on the internet without accessing a website. An examples of this is WinMX at www.winmx.com . Whilst the software itself is perfectly legal, using it to share music files is illegal so do so at your own risk.
