Napster costs �10 a month and you can download what you want. However, you'll have to pay �0.79 per track if you want to burn onto CD.

e-mule.net is another site (don't know how easy it is). Just costs the price of two text messages.

limewire.com is good, you can download limewire for free and this is basically a filesharing program, you can download virtually anything.

not sure if it's ENTIRELY legal, but everyone seems to have it and it's quite a popular and openly well known site. You can also pay monthly to get an even better version, but I find that the free version is just as good.

Also look at iTunes. There is no monthly fee and you pay as you for each tune or album.
