Always over-hyped.
Frequently over-chilled.
Even more frequently over-priced . . .
. . . and nowhere near as good as the new-season Rhine wines (which the Germans wisely keep for themselves).
However, if you're buying JJ, you might still tempt me to a glass or two. I'm in a Wetherspoon's pub in London at the minute, so I could get to Brighton quite quickly!
;-)
Not into BN though I have sampled some reasonable versions over the years however.....we have now been spoilt. When on holiday we went to a vineyard Le Chateau Bellevue La Foret in the Fronton area of France. Each of their wines is fantastic but their Optimum is just spellbinding; complex, full bodied everything you could ever want from a wine at a reasonable price well 16 euros a bottle....if you are ever in he area try it!!!
