A cold start to the day but according to the doom and gloom merchants a.k.a. the weather forecasters, it's to be a cccccccold week ahead. What fun eh? What larks Pip.

Not cold here in Mid Wales but I am dreading this snow that is apparently on its way. The area of our farm is known as the first place the snow settles and the last place for it to leave. That isnt great news considering we live at the top of a steep 1/2 mile track and the forecasters are saying that this could be the worst snow storms for decades and it could last until February/March. It could be a tough winter up here :-(

Not good RATTER, if it turns out how the forecasters say. Is the Landy running ok ?.

Yes Tony, the Landie is running fine but no MOT so cant take it on the road but we can use it to get up and down the track. and we will leave the car at the bottom.

Just had a look at the 10 day forecast ( MSN ) for my neck of the woods ( West Mids ) and no snow is mentioned, RATTER !.
