On orange juice and faux fur.

I have a faux fur throw, which my boyfriend carelessly spilt vodka and orange juice on.

It's acrylic fur on a polyester base, and the care label instructs me not to machine-wash it or tumble dry it. Any suggestions on how to clean it?

dont the label say how to clean it.they usually do . how about if you had it dry cleaned but you would have to ask there advice first.

The instructions tell me not to dry-clean it, either.

I think I might have to stick it in the bathtub with some washing powder and see how that works, but I'd really rather not wreck it.
