At work I use Excel spreadsheets and also Word documents. I would like to be able to copy addresses from Excel and paste them onto Word for the purpose of printing an envelope, but without copying the gridlines from the Excel spreadsheet. Does anyone know how this could be achieved please? Thanks.

You should be able to achieve this by copying the cells in Excel and then using Edit → Paste Special... → Unformatted Text in Word.
