Isn't that colostrum?
well i can't speak for every woman on the planet, but those in the know say it exists, does happen, did happen to them.
It does. It did. Not always immediately.

exactly
that was for bb - sorry crossed posts.
some women do admit it, any number of them have written articles how they found it difficult to bond, sometimes it's because of the harsh, hard delivery, labour,
I bonded with my son instantly. Within seconds.
With my daughter it took 4 days.
Why? Not sure, circumstances, whatever. What matters is that I did.
And the bond has lasted to this day - 30 and 28 years respectively.
If the majority of women did not bond with their babies either immediately or a few days or weeks later the human race would soon die out.
Can't agree there Daisy if by bonding you are all still talking about the rush of love that excludes all else. Mothers on the whole are 100% committed to their responsibilities and will nurture their child even if they haven't experienced those feelings. We're back to what do you mean by bonding.
I know a woman who felt very little affection for their child (for a number of reasons) but still brought it up caringly and responsibly.
