getting copy of birth certificate

I have a nephew who lives in the States but is still a british citizen and he wants to get a passport so he can come over for a visit he went out there a a child can i apply for a full copy of his birth certificate for him then send it out to him his parents have lost the original

By the looks of it your nephews parents can order one themselves and it will get posted out to the states

Beleve it or not you can go into any Registrars office and if you have say my... details... you could walk out with my Birth Certifficate. As long as you have the fee . Seems crazy in this day and age but its true.
