What do you do when you lose your temper? Today I got really angry for the first time in I don't know how long. I had a think and realised I can only really lose my temper on behalf of someone else......last time was when a nurse mistreated MrG.....you know that feeling when the red mist descends...it's actually quite nice. Maybe I will do it more.....I'm much too easy going I think......;-)
So...what do I do? I march around at speed banging things, chuntering and swearing...goodness...I said words I have never heard in my life!!!
So....one calming wine later and back to the muggy and overcast garden...x

Gness for the personality you have - something has really really upset you - but like everything else it will tide over.

Given that I'm not generally known for my sweet natured disposition, it's slightly at odds then that I don't have much of a temper. I also don't have a short fuse.
Just seen yr post BM - welcome back.

I agree with Sir Baldric (recently knighted in the brithday honours)
by getting angry, you lose control
and are therefore at a disadvantage

I suppose the last time I got really bad tempered is when a check out cashier implied I was going to steal a 25p packet of carrots by snapping 'give me those, give 'em here, come on'
