Hi, does anyone know why my top hi hat cymbal keeps turning inside out? and also how I can prevent in, they are very thin starter cymbals. Does anyone know where I can get some good quality but cheap ones from?

If you mean while you are playing, then your technique is faulty. Cymbals should last for ages if they are struck correctly - any player who is cracking or breaking cymbals is hitting them incorrectly - have a word with a drum teacher about the problem.
