Is it ok to give birds cooked unsalted rice? I have a lot left over but don't want to harm them as they are feeding chicks at the moment.

My garden birds love cooked unsalted rice Ann.
Even if its only a teaspoonfull, it never gets thrown away.
Out on the bird table it goes.
So do mine Ann. I even cook some extra jut for the birds.
I have to cook extra rice too.
Anything i know the birds like, i have to share it with them!
Mash potato, chopped bacon and all sorts of food.
@pusskin.....Sorry for pointing-out that Salty foods should Not be fed to garden birds. So please take Bacon off their menu.:-)
