Just to thank all on here who have supported me over the last year with my various problems and my legal issues. Im in crown court tomorrow for sentencing and might not be back for a while.

take care nailit, and i hope things go well. if not, i would like to impart a little advice. if you do go down and start to struggle while you are in there, please make sure you see the mental health team - they are trained psychiatric nurses (as am i) and they will be able to prescribe meds and support you. in my experience the teams are normally rather good and it is always best to deal with things as soon as possible if you are having problems, and i hope you are getting the support you need now as well. take care.....Lisa x

I hope that your 'holiday' will be a short one and that you will come back to see us when you get out.

Make sure that they know your history re your mental health. Am I right in thinking that you have been in prison before? If so at least you have an idea of what to expect.
