Why don't you start a conversation with a complete stranger - nothing too freaky or weird just about something light like the weather or last nights TV or the traffic if your on the bus - see where it gets you

Ric.ror - laugh away!

I forgot about doggy walking. I used to have to warn people not to make any quick movements of my dog would try and kill them. Amazingly this started a few conversations. (must say that he was a rescue dog and very gentle and loyal to me).
