good to know you are alright. i'm fine. had a bit of a bad night last night ibs. but feel a bit fragile but fine now.. not a problem that is even worth discussing imo.

weather here grey but no wind unlike yesterday when it was having a go at taking the washing off the line. think if i didn't get it in it would have been last seen off lizard point.
