For some reason, I cannot stand watching Christian. He really, really, REALLY irritates me. What you see on the telly from him his completely false. He makes out he's this lovey, darling this and darling that, when in actual fact he is actually very rude. I met him last year and he was so rude to my friend. She asked if she could have a picture taken with him (we were staying there), and he went a bit mental, saying how he was a human being and not a performing seal! Seriously.
Alison plays up to the camera too much. If the Twitter rumors are true then she's currently working part time in the local Spa.
Mark is what you see is what you get. Hasn't got a clue when it comes to business, but a really nice bloke.

I'm sorry that he has lost out financially but he was the architect of his own misfortune.

Constant carping on that 'I employ people to make sure the hotel is clean/the guests are fed/hotel maintained/guests entertained/budgets met' is a total abdication of managerial responsibility and when it is YOUR money being frittered away you need to take a grip a lot sooner than he did.
