Who is right in this case? I kind of want it to be the traffic warden because the bloke in the car is such a self righteous know-it-all.

Also, is there anything to the FMOTL.COM website or is it all nonsense?

It would have been just as asey to move the car, the bloke in the car was a clever sod trying to make a point.
