I've just watched my no. 1 son give his sister (she's twisted her ankle) a piggy-back around the corner to her friends house.(She has Cystic Fibrosis and is poorly at the moment) There was a time those two used to fight like cat and dog, they really couldn't stand to be in the same room without a fight. Now they are very close.

Blood is thicker than water
When all your 'friends' disappear all you have left is your family. Make the most of them.
When children perform acts of kindness like this for their siblings, it shows that they've received damn good parenting.

Oh kiki-frog thank you! when they were very young, they always used to share and be good - but Mr Spikey and I were wondering where we went wrong from about 6-15 - fight, It was like a war zone sometimes! Then one day daughter came home in tears from being bullied, and after that he looked after her. Goodnes knows what a relief that was
Oh bless their hearts. xx
What a lovely big brother, hope mine turn out close like that, x (I do say to them that friends will come and go but family is always family - which has turned out to be complete nonsense in my case). Hope your daughter is better soon, x
