I have suddenly developed a pain in a rear molar that only occurs when pressure is lifted when eating or after clenching.. No pain on pressure or any other time. Will see my dentsist asap - but any ideas why this is so please?

could be an abscess or decay near the root - get to that dentist!

start of an infection see your dentist asap - take it from one who has been there ironed the t shirt!!!
