Hi enjy, I'm not sure if it's the original but Jeff Buckley certainly sang it; it's called Hallelujah if you hadn't guessed! Also used in the Shrek film funnily enough.

Apart from buckleys excellent version, rufus wainwright, bono, kd lang, chris botti, john cale, alison crowe, julie felix have all covered it.

downloaded the u2 version but the version on the telly was excellent,
