dried yeast v fresh yeast

I've been using fresh yeast since I took up bread baking. I have seen a recipe which uses 7gm of dried yeast. Can I swap to fresh yeast and if so what is the equivalent amount of fresh yeast. Thanks folks.

20g of fresh should do it.
or if you don't like to yeasty a flavour use 15g and allow more time for rising/proving.
