'Offensive' posts?

If you have answers to a post which you consider offensive and/or inappropriate and you report it, does 'someone' make a judgement about removing that post or is it done automatically?

I always report the ones that are blatant advertising and that seems to be happening quite often these days. By the way Tilly, love the pic of your Staffie.
