It really bugs me that shops that also advertise on-line, almost never have the goods in stock in-store....Argos and Matalan being the worst offenders IMO. Then they charge you the earth for delivery, boo!

I've never found that with M&S
Amazon, Mand S online and Waitrose online....my three best friends
We buy books for a penny on Amazon, and pay £2.50 postage.
I've got a gripe with Wallis at the moment, it says on their home page, free delivery on orders over £75, so I order over £75 worth and then it tells me a code to enable free delivery over £30, so I reduce order, put that code in and it doesn't recognise it, so put the original order back in (over £75) and it still charges delivery grrrrr. They can shove the order up their bum, I'm not paying delivery.
Matalan don't charge for delivery for in-store collection - but for some reason this only applies to their Scottish stores!
