can anyone give any tips as to cooking bacon in microwave please?

First start with good bacon
Some supermarkets have a very bad habit of adding a lot of extra water to make it weigh more, and adding the chemicals to make it retain the water.
When you put it in the microwave you get a lot of water straight out again
The EU were trying to get the labelling changed so that you know you're getting ripped off but I haven't seen any "bacon with added water" so I guess they're still fighting the supermarkets.
