I keep getting disconnected. That 's probably in revenge for me threatening them with OFCOM!!
I rang them on behalf of my daughters friend who had a similar issue, anyway, i rang and asked to speak to the complaints department and got through to a lovely man, i had checked with ofcom which ombudsman service talk talk were registered with and it is actually one called The Omudsman Service' and i mentioned that and they det with tissue then and there and credited her with £120.00.
if you have ALREADY made a complaint to Talk Talk you can send an email to the Ombudsman Service with the details of the complaint, but try ringing Talk Talk first and tell them you are checking to see if they have recorded your complaint as you want to contact the Ombudsman Service but you know the criteria has to be that talk talk have already logged your complaint.

A really pleasant and efficient BT engineer came this afternoon and sorted things out for me. So far, no disconnections.
