I`m off now to meet the estate agent selling Ma`s house. He has been charming on the phone. Must have forgotten he showed me around a house last year which became known as the viewing involving the half naked man and the porn film.
Then I am going to attempt to move a dozen or so huge and heavy paving slabs to the bottom of the garden.

So........will the estate agent survive whole and unharmed?
