Jom - “... Keyplus , it is obvious from your posts that the koran does not forbid dishonesty, deceit...”
Indeed it does not. In point of fact, Islamic teachings actively condone telling lies to those who do not follow Allah. I find it amusing when I hear Islamic scholars (and blinkered Islamic adherents) talking about the concepts of truth and honesty. It's amusing because in Islam, those two words have different meanings depending on the beliefs of those participating in debate. In Islam, if two Muslims are talking, their religion quite rightly instructs them to be honest and truthful with one another. However, Islamic teachings specifically permit and condone the practise of dishonesty when a Muslim is talking to a non-Muslim. If proof were needed of this fact, the two Channel 4 documentaries called, “Undercover Mosque” and “Undercover Mosque – The Return” (both available on YouTube) demonstrate this to a quite alarming degree.
As if we needed further proof of the dishonesty of certain members of the Islamic faith, we have Keyplus whose personal record for telling the truth leaves much to be desired. He's just simply carrying out his blinkered religious duty with his usual blind enthusiasm.
Feel free to 'ignore' this post Keyplus as I'm sure you will. It wasn't intended for you anyway.
