Anyone had trouble commuting on the Liverpool Street to Norwich line during the Olympics?

I was arriving early and leaving early supposedly to avoid the crowds. There didn't seem to be any crowds...guess they were all on the underground????

Or they were all in the Olympic Park.

We used that line to go to the Olympics and it was quite busy. But they very sensibly didn't allow Colchester and Chelmsford people to use the service and directed them toward the local trains. Coming home, people were having to stand until Ipswich, but we used our elbows and found a couple of seats at the very front of the train!
