Problems logging on ?

Most times when I try to log on to AB, I have to try 3-4 times before it will accept what I input. I type in exactly the same each time, and I am fairly sure that I am not making any mistakes.

Does anybody else have this problem ?

Bibs...I don't know what firefox is ? I am using Windows Vista.

Firefox is an internet browser, just like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome or various other less well-known ones

Just in case you're not aware... you can have any number of different browsers installed on a computer and can give each a try to see if you prefer the way they work. They are completely separate programs and do not affect the way that the others perform.
