Logging Into Talk Talk

I have supposedly called Fast Broadband. On most days I have problems logging into Talk Talk Broadband - it can be unavailable for hours at a time.

When using my I-Pad in the same room I have no problems!!

Any other users have the same problem?

Any suggestions?

Well, assuming you're using the same router, you must have problems with your computer.
I'm with TalkTalk and rarely have problems connecting; I have a desktop, 2 laptops and an internet radio.

Never had any problems with Talktalk. Have you tried unplugging everything and pressing the reset button now and again on the router?
