I picked up a M&S free magazine and found 3 scratch cards inside. I scratched them in an idle moment to find that one had 3 matching symbols and another two. This seems to mean treasure beyond the dreams of avarice. The promotion company is called Purely Creative, and while there is the opportunity to make an expensive phone call, there is also a postal option. Should I chuck it in the bin or send off for my draw number? I am very sceptical of something for nothing!

it's a rip off.

throw them away.
Taking them to court really put a stop to them then didn't it?
I'm surprised that they are in M&S magazines - my weekly trashy magazines have them but M&S is supposed to be above all that crud.

I thought it might be a scam. Thanks, everyone.
Look at it again and you'll see in the small print that each set of 3 cards has at least one with 3 matching symbols . The phone call would cost you a small fortune and you'd be likely to win a very low value voucher (say £10 ) off a holiday that would cost you £2,000 to buy!

It's binned-I'll have to fall back on the untold millions Col Ghadaffi's daugter has waiting for me!!!
Bin them!
We had 2 scratch cards given to us with a present, never had one before, and had to read what to do. My husband won £20, so he was pleased.
i know someone who won a car on those sort of scratchcards, personally i would bin it , dont know how she claimed her prize but phonecalls are to premium nos and cost a fortune
Lottery scratch cards from the Lottery are one thing, they're legit - the others make their money on your phone calls, I certainly never bother with them.
